Feral population decreases for first time in 10 years

The feral cat population in the Undercity has been on an uptick for the past decade, until now. Thanks to the tireless work of street vets combating overpopulation, the feral cat population has seen a decrease for the first time in 10 years. Estimates are around 1.3 million unowned cats on the streets but street vets say the number is probably closer to 4 million. “We have been working really hard to curb the cat population. We rely on people to bring their animals to us to be spayed and neutered and for donations so we can go district by district and sterilize as many street cats as we can.” Kida Aimi, a street vet said.
